I have been a licensed Realtor since April of 2000 & have worked with 100’s of new & old home owners buying & selling their American Dream. I have been blessed to work with all types of homeowners from land, residential homes, investment homes, multi-unit dwellings, Mobil homes, single family dwellings as well as commercial purchases & leases. I was also a lender from 2005-2007 & personally invested in & flipped residential homes from 2004-2007. Since then I have placed all my concentration towards my clients & have continued to learn how to service my clients in the best way possible in the sales & purchases of Real Estate.
My experience over the past 10 years have covered areas from Bank Owned Sales, Short Sale Negotiation & Sales, Home Counseling, first time buyers & investors, as well as standard purchases & listings of homes. Self Bio … I have been blessed with the opportunity to become a Father, Husband, Church Advisor, Praise Team Member as well as a Soccer Father..
